Templating using custom elements ('input' elements) (#8874)

* Remove 'toggle' block and type='image' INPUT support (Neither was used)
* Change input_keys order to be alphabetically sorted.
* Remove marginally used LABEL block
* Remove attributes from lsmb-* elements to prevent overlap (eg 'title' or 'id')
* Add radio button custom element and propagate 'checked' attribute
* Add NumberSpinner control needed for the B/S and PnL report filter pages.
* Publish state change in pubsub topic (radio button and checkbox)
* Use number spinner element in B/S and PnL filter pages
* Use 'today' as a mnemonic for the client's side current day in DateTextBox
* Allow updating checkbox values from Pub/Sub channels (by subscribing)
* Fix reconciliation screen and remove more dead code
* Adjust test expectation: created date should always have been 'today'
