API changes (#173)

* Add job ID to dataset

* Move dataset creation to a Sidekiq job

Sidekiq won’t let us get a job ID when we’re using the class extensions, but this is probably the more correct way of doing things anyway

* Store errors in DB to report back to API

* Rejig tests

* Create an endpoint to show job status

* Uniq error messages

* Return job url and queue on create
