Update `pow_test.mbt` to improve float literal precision and enhance edge case testing

- Changed the declaration of `small_flt` to use a float literal with a suffix for better precision.
- Added tests for NaN cases and various edge cases with large and small exponents to ensure comprehensive coverage of the `powf` function.
