Support boolean operators grammar in contains search condition (#3759)

Previously in Babelfish the support of Boolean operators was not enabled. To fix this we have created a grammar to allow customers to create search expressions with boolean operators 'AND', 'OR' and 'AND NOT' along with complex expressions using parenthesis over the simple_term and prefix_term operands
