Remove dulwich, cleanup tests, and adjust repo visibility logic

This commit removes `dulwich` dependency, simplifies test files by deprecating broken YAML handling test, and fixes naming conflicts. Adjustments to repository visibility ensure the `context["status"]` parameter properly maps to GitHub's `private` field.
