DEC-1173:
-Added a render of 422 when create fails validation. In order to keep the controller code free of a bunch of logic and without throwing exceptions for unknown types given, I created an UnknownMedia that can be used to render errors. If we were to just pass the unknown type through to rails it will throw an exception when trying to instantiate the subtype.
-Create media is always done via some other resource like item, showcase, collection. Started to add create methods for each one, added the appropriate route, and changed the CreateMedia service class to handle the association to the parent/owning object.
