* IR-247-record-aip-id-for-all-errors

Why these changes are being introduced:
* Some errors during bulk-validate were recorded in the results CSV without the AIP UUID which complicated troubleshooting.

How this addresses that need:
* Add aip_uuid, aip_s3_uri to dataframe before validate_aip_via_lambda call to ensure they are recorded in case of errors
* Add valid attribute to dataframe to instantiate with correct type and avoid warning
* Add corresponding CLI tests to show that the uuid and S3 URI are added to the results CSV even if there is an error
* Update dependencies
