* Bug 733417 - Create a script to sync the list of countries and their name from the mail repo + translated repo

* Bug 733417 - Update the list of countries using the genc db + load new translations

* Extend the script to check if config.py is up to date

* Rename the script to reflect the recent changes

* Use the aurora reference as consistency

* Explain that the locale check is a sanity check. We are not doig any sync

* Improve the path inclusion
