refactor(NativeCurrencyAmount): Remove dangerous footgun

Delete `From<u32> implementation for `NativeCurrencyAmount`.

Reason: What's the value of 1.into()? Is it
NativeCurrencyAmount::coins(1), or is it
NativeCurrencyAmount::from_nau(1)`? In other words: Is it 1 coin, or 1
nau? The answer is not obvious for the caller, and therefore this
implementation shouldn't exist.
