refactor(SourceFileReporter): Convert addMessage args to options

Introducing an options object instead of individual arguments allows
for easier extensibility when new information needs to be passed to
messages.

The optional args handling has been removed to also simplify the code.

The changes revealed a problem with the return type of
"isUi5ClassDeclaration", which has been fixed.
