* Drop the IgnitionData test from KubeVirt SmokeTest

Drop the
`"[rfe_id:151][crit:high][vendor:cnv-qe@redhat.com][level:component][sig-compute]IgnitionData"`
test from the smoke-test.

This test used to be skiped if a FG is not et, but was changed to fail
in this case in KubeVirt v1.6.0, so now if fails, because the the
smoke-test does not (and should not) set the FG.
