Refactor of 1.0.0 release, as for the first assignment (part A)

- Removed Ship model - Its only former responsibility (position at the board) was relocated back to Board
- Refactored part A Board tests
- Removed redundant Board tests
- Refactored mock dice, including LoadedDice model in test package. It now requires a sequence of expected results, rather - - than testing with one face dice.
- Resolved other reviewal observations
