Fixing SSH

* code was holding on to the SSH connection of the first node in a
multi-node scenario. This means that all tests ran on first node.
This is a bug.

The Fix:

* Clear SSH connection using specinfa
* Configure SSH directly within the plugin instead of relying on a
generated spec_helper.rb file
* Update the smoke test to validate that this works
