improve transducers (#348)

* steel_derive for transducer functions

* move transducer module into transducers.rs

* align transducer function names

* document transducer functions

* move transduce into transducer module, use steel derive, remove panic

also add spans for the errors. also creates a previous_span fn on VmCore
for easier spans and error handling.

* remove all mentions to (execute) in the reference
