fix(benchmark): Ensure key arguments are eval'ed

This change applies to the following key arguments: samples, time, interleave,
and human-readable. The argument gc-before has already been handled like
that. This allows for a call with say: `:samples (my-calculate-samples)`.

Also ensure that evaluation happens only once with mock tests.
