subbussTSP: When table tags are converted to strings, strip attached meta tags * In pathological scenarios (as in enwiki:Colonization?oldid=718468597) where there is a really large block text that mimics table wikitext but is not really a table, we converted a large set of table tokens to strings, but were leaving behind mw:TSRMarker tags. * This patch fixes it by stripping the mw:TSRMarker tags which can make a dent in performance in pathological scenarios. On the above revision, parsing sped up from ~4.5 sec to ~4 sec on my laptop. Change-Id: I199068178
