Remove warnigs when running the directories rake task

Why:

* As of Rake 11 [ruby warnings are enabled by default](https://github.com/ruby/rake/blob/master/History.rdoc#1100--2016-03-09),
  which means you will probably get a lot of warnings that come from your
  dependencies and that you don't want to have to take care of when running your
  tests.

This change addresses the need by:

* Disabling the warnings to mimic old rake behavior
