Implementation of the 1D KdV equation.  (#198)

* first working version of KdV eq in DSW.jl

* now faster 33x faster with caches

* added source terms (VERRRY Stiff!!)

* made it Autodiff ready by changed caches (in commit before)

* added wide stencil example

* added OrdinaryDiffEqRosenbrock to project and manifest (not sure if this is what needed to be done to fix the failure of packge not loading)

* always the manufactured test values causing the most trouble

* my guess is that cospi() and sinpi() is handeld differently on macos compared to windows (?)
