fix(tests): update logging for null safety

Enhance logging statements in the Aspectus.Tests namespace to prevent potential null reference exceptions.

- Modify `Logger.Information` calls to use the null-conditional operator (`?.`).
- Improve robustness of the logging mechanism in `AspectusTests.cs`.
