Add automatic branch diff detection to --git.diff flag (#25)

When --git.diff is used and there are no uncommitted changes, automatically
show the diff between the current branch and main/master if they differ.

- Add early branch name sanitization for security
- Extract branch diff logic into tryBranchDiff() method
- Add helper method getCommandOutputTrimmed() to reduce duplication
- Add comprehensive tests for the new functionality
- Update README with the new automatic behavior
