* AddState allows user to specify max current for rest

Now, the enhancing of the dataset to add states allow the user to specify the
maximum value of current to be considered a rest.

* making current threshold an attribute of class

6 of 7 new or added lines in 1 file covered. (85.71%)

1252 of 1304 relevant lines covered (96.01%)

2.88 hits per line
