Migrate facet-yaml to use Type::User(UserType::Struct)

Update deserialize/mod.rs to use Type::User(UserType::Struct) instead of Def::Struct to align
with the Def/Type split. This maintains backward compatibility by:
1. First checking Type::User(UserType::Struct) in the shape's ty field
2. Removing Def::Struct and Def::Enum cases as they no longer exist
3. Adding a comment to explain that enums are now in the Type system
