test(e2e): Add runtime tests for autofix

The tests are executed in the browser before and after running autofix
to ensure that the applied changes are compatible and do not introduce
regressions.

Also adding new licensee exceptions for packages licensed under MIT
(transitive dependencies of ui5-test-runner).
