Support for specifying storage volumes by UUID

Details:

* Added a '--uuid' option to those storagevolume commands that target
  a single storage volume, in order to interpret the specified name as
  the UUID of the volume. Affected commands:
  - storagevolume show
  - storagevolume update
  - storagevolume delete
  - storagevolume fulfill-fcp
