Commit Message

Enabled `AddressSanitizer` and `UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer` when using GCC/Clang in debug mode to catch hard to detect errors.

Switched from using `set(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS ...)` to `add_compile_options()` as this is a more modern way to add compiler options.
