Refactor: unify u32/byte array copy functions and improve endianness clarity
- Replaced overloaded copy_u32_array() with distinct functions:
  - copy_u32_array_u32() for u32-to-u32 copy
  - copy_u32_array_bytes() for u32-to-uchar raw copy
- Removed redundant write_u32_array_be_bytes()
- Introduced get_lsb_of_big_endian_coordinate() for prefix computation
- Switched to big-endian inputs for SEC serialization (compressed/uncompressed)
- Improved documentation for utility functions and kernel
- Ensures clearer semantics and safer endianness handling for all buffer operations
