Worksheets reordering feature has been introduced (#72)

Workbook worksheets reordering feature introduced by means of
implementing 'move_sheet( worksheet, std::size_t newIndex)'
function.

I also modified '.gitignore' file to ignore Qt/CMake artefacts.
