Starting flask framework LTI interface
LTI actually wired in and tested inside edx-platform and studio
Adds minimal javascript api handler and wired up buttons. Started work on migrating command line functions to work for Web and command
Switched to using customized exception classes from raw sys.exit calls
Added better error handling and new decorator for requiring a staff role
Running tasks synchronously properly
Fully functioning with celery, problem output etc
Static asset additions
Added tests for command line
Added a lot of tests, fixed a few bugs, and reorganized some more
Adding travis CI test configuration
Missing PyYAML dep
Adding coveralls
Adding build and coverage to README
A few more tests to wrap up for now
