IGVF-2666 Checkbox for missing file size in File Size facet (#772)

* Add checkbox to select files with no `file_size` property at all. Update the facet tags to handle `file_size=*` and `file_size!=*` cases, as well as a file size of an individual number instead of a range. Fix a `<Checkbox>` bug.
* Update comments.
* Remove an unneeded div.
* Handle manually entered `gt:` and `lt` query-string parameters.
* Get full coverage with Jest tests. Correct an HTML entity code.
