Refactored the effect components so that they are easier to use and modify. This simplified the components down to just `StatusEffects` and `EffectApplied` and separated the code out into more logically organised areas.

Ignored the `output/` directory for the `hades_ai` module as it is a generated artefact so shouldn't be committed.
