Fixed and enhanced --port option of multiple commands

Details:

* Fixed the handling of the '--port' option that resulted in an error, in
  multiple commands: 'zhmc storagegroup add-ports',
  'zhmc storagegroup remove-ports', 'zhmc vstorageresource update',
  'zhmc storagevolume fulfill-fcp'.

* Added support for specifying the adapter port as port index as an additional
  alternative to the port name, in the '--port' option of multiple commands:
  'zhmc storagegroup add-ports', 'zhmc storagegroup remove-ports',
  'zhmc vstorageresource update', 'zhmc storagevolume fulfill-fcp'.
