* removing the license attribute from the package.json

* adding license attribute to the package.vscode.json file

* undo unnecessary change

* The VSCode extension requires the license file to be located in the root directory of the extension.

* copies licence file into the extension root folder

* updating the license path from the root folders

* removing the license path as we dont need it to be mentioned specifically

* updating package.json file to its own licnese file path

* updating as per the manifest document

* Bump extension versions for these three extensions
