Use the same classes for SOC-dependent ASOH (#151)

* Move the SOC-dependent functions to another class

* Introduce a superclass, batch_id for get_values

Allows the class to operate in vector mode, as in the Moirae
ECM, and "one model at a time" as in Thevenin

* Add path to the new module in docs

* Switch ECM and Thevenin to using shared classes

* Add a file I forgot to commit
