Fetch slave links again after detaching bond

In some scenarios such as active-backup with fail_over_mac 0,
the bond modifies the mac of all slaves to the one of the primary
link. This is restored once the slaves are detached. However,
the plugin during the del cmd still believes that mac are duplicated
and generates a new mac for the non primary links. Original mac
is not restored.
