Fix upgrade from 15.7 to 16.latest for test_conv_int_to_varbinary_binary (#3716)

This commit fixes major version upgrade testing conversion from int to varbinary/binary 15.7
version. This is needed as the behaviour is a bit different in 15.7 from later versions.

Upgrade Test Failure.
