Fix: ensure .js extensions are preserved in emitted ESM output

- Added `verbatimModuleSyntax: true` to tsconfig.build.json
- Fixes issue where TypeScript was stripping `.js` extensions from import paths in dist/
- Allows Node.js to correctly resolve ESM imports at runtime
