New public functions in zhmcclient.testutils for end2end tests of other projects

Details:

* Added new public functions to and documented existing functions and attributes
  in the zhmcclient.testutils module in support of end2end tests for projects
  using zhmcclient: 'setup_hmc_session()', 'teardown_hmc_session_id()',
  'teardown_hmc_session_id()', 'is_valid_hmc_session()', 'LOG_FORMAT_STRING',
  'LOG_DATETIME_FORMAT', 'LOG_DATETIME_TIMEZONE'.

* Added end2end testcases for these functions.
