Use Thevenin's predictor interface (#148)

* Determine dataset and model from estimator path

* Switch to the Thevenin predictor interface

* Add hyst to the example script for Thevenin

* Use the current soc for soc0

* Add a test where we run a few thousand steps of thevenin

Make sure that the estimator works over longer periods

* Add tests for batching
