* refactor(lib-classifier): clean up LineControls

A small refactor of `LineControls`, using `SVGGraphicsElement.getCTM()` to get the current transform matrix for the drawing canvas.

* get transform group from parent SVG

* pass the transform matrix in SVGContext

* remove useScale
