Added support for CSV output format

Details:

* Added a new output format 'csv', and added new print_..._as_csv()
  functions in _helper.py.

* Added test functions in function test module test_options.py to test the
  new csv output format.

* Added a unit test module test_csv.py to test the bevavior of the Pyhton csv
  module w.r.t line ends. This was necessary, because it is a bit tricky and
  varies between OS platforms.
