IGVF-2150 Remove link prefetching on schemas page (#758)

* Disable prefetching on the schemas page.
* Remove unused `nullOnError` function as it was causing type issues when doing NextJS production builds. For some reason this doesn’t seem to affect AWS instances.
* Get full coverage on Jest tests.
* Reduce prefetching on the home page.
* Add prefetch=false to linked cells on matrix pages.
* Temporarily allow previewing .gtf files because the demo has a large one.
* This reverts commit 8d095a9ef.
