PAVICS update pre-202504 (#484)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Re-runs the existing notebooks and updates their outputs.
* Fixes a bug in `multiple_linear_regression` that was calling a class
method incorrectly.
* Updates base `xclim` to deal with a bug in a previous version.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

Not really, mostly updates and bug fixes.

### Other information:

The changes here require a new patch version of `ravenpy` if we want to
integrate it into the latest PAVICS image.
