Add example project with data driven tests

Remove the crossplatform and windows Studio projects which have been
used by the integration tests but the tests are generating now their own
dynamic projects based on templates.

Created new folder `examples/` with documents and Studio projects. These
are used by the QuickStart Guide in the README.md.

Added new calculator example project with data-drive tests which can be
used to start test runs in orchestrator.
