* optimize/flatten ExtentList.CalculateDeltas
* optimize/simplify ExtentList.Compress()
* optimize ExtentList.Clone() and ExtentListLRU.Clone()
* optimize ExtentList.Crop()
* optimize ExtentList splicing funcs
* optimize ExtentList.CloneRange()
* remove unneeded ExtentList.Equal() func
* optimize ExtentList.Remove() and fix defective test case
