Add core BagitArchive class

Why these changes are being introduced:

The BagitArchive class represents a Bagit zip file archive
to be created.

How this addresses that need:

This class encapsulates most behavior needed to create a Bagit zip
file based on inputs, including: downloading remote files, creating a
Bagit directory, zipping that Bagit directory into a zip file, and
performing validations if checksums were passed with the input files.

This class is intentionally more abstract than the actual lambda
request / response payloads require, supporting S3 URIs but not
necessarily requiring them (works with local files as well).  The
lambda layer will translate the request/response payloads to align
with this class.
