Teach reworked files to respect custom directories

Update the `reworked_deploy_dir`, `reworked_revert_dir`, and
`reworked_verify_dir` methods of App::Sqitch::Target to read the
`deploy_dir`, `revert_dir`, and `verify_dir` configuration variables and
their corresponding options. Previously, they just fell back on the
`deploy`, `revert`, and `verify` defaults in the absence of specific
`reworked_deploy_dir`, `reworked_revert_dir`, and `reworked_verify_dir`
configurations. Thanks to @fitnr for the report.

Resolves #875.
