* update .gitignore to ignore coverage folder

* adds orphanage_controller
adds feature for signing up as orphanage

* WIP adds User registration steps

* WIP setting of user type for orphanages

* happy path for orphanage sign-up green

* adds devise views in haml
refactors registration controller

* added sad path signup with empty field

* added sad path password confirmation not matching

* added sad path user already exists

* refactor the code in orphanage_sign_up.feature

* adding rspec unittests for db table and factorygirl for the user model

* remove unnecessary sign up method in the registration controller
