### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* The `var` argument can now be 2 or more vars in `xs.train`. Variables
are stacked in this case. Various accomdations are made to support
MBCn's weird arguments. In the future, we may think about breaking a few
things in xsdba to make things more uniform, but for now I think this
approach is reasonnable.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No

### Other information:

This doesn't support Adjust-only classes (see #480), I don't think it's
a priority right now and could be closed for now
