* create universal resolver specific single use proxy

* update ens-contract lib branch

* apply universal resolver changes with reconciled interface methods

* align ur changes to feature/bet-318-standard-ur-alt

* use ccip-reader contract for the ccip wrap, update new ur implementation base

* add missing reverseCallback functions, remove unnecessary ur version control

* update test

* address and map all methods from v1 & v2

* reimplement the proxy resolver with fallback forward method, rewrite tests

* remove interface implementation from proxy, use fallback instead

* cleanup

* add URv1 as mock for testing

* use ens contracts import as in remappings

* add explaination and todo for the MockUniversalResolverV1 contract

* update unused code, update mock URv1, cleanup
