config_files: Drop efi suffix from linuxefi and initrdefi in grub2-efi.cfg

These are no longer needed and have been aliases to linux/initrd for
quite some time.

Includes new mkksiso test data to reflect the change so that it is
tested with and without it in the uefi config files.
